AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:-

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after full payment has been received. Most items shipped from Brisbane will take 3-10 days depending on the delivery location. We also combine items where possible to save you on shipping costs.

Most of our items are allocated tracking numbers upon dispatch and will be uploaded to your sales order once processing has been completed at the end of each day.Once uploaded you will be able to see what company was used and to keep an eye on the delivery status of your parcel.

Most of our parcels require a signature upon delivery, so if you aren't home when the item is tagged for delivery, a calling card should be left for you to contact the freight company to organise redelivery or pickup from your local outlet. If your item hasn't arrived when you expected it, please refer to your sales order with the tracking details to see the information logged, this will also give you all the data required to collect your parcel from the appropriate carrier.

We will select the best carrier at our discretion, normally Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to ensure you get your item as quickly as possible.

Pickup is available from our warehouse. If you would like to organise to collect your order, use your email confirmation from eBay and click "View Order Details" then "Contact Seller" for our pickup details.

Goods must be in their original packaging and unused/unopened.

Goods that have been opened CANNOT be returned.

Return postage is at the expense of the BUYER, we do not reimburse return postage costs.

Original postage fees are non-refundable. If the item you purchased was "Free Postage", a 10% returns handling fee may apply for each item being returned.

Buyer has 30 days to return the item, after this the item cannot be returned for a refund/exchange.

Trailers R Us, at our discretion, will advise whether an item will be refunded/exchanged/replaced.

Any warranties listed, are Manufacturers Warranties, and goods will need to be returned to us for inspection of fault prior to replacement/refund. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer for all warranty returns.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty will be null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of instructions. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
