Payment is due upon purchase. We accept PayPal, MC/Visa/Discover/AMEX (processed through PayPal). Most items are shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends & holidays.   Any credit card payment must have the same billing address as the shipping address in the transaction.  Billing and shipping address must match or the credit card payment will not go through.   

Handling Time: We ship most items within 1 business day, which excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped from Burnaby, BC via Canada post.  Most items shipped to Canada and United States are delivered in 7-9 business days depending on the delivery destination.  International orders can take upto 4 weeks.  

Address Verification: All ship-to addresses are taken from eBay, so please verify that your shipping address is correct before you complete payment. Buyer is responsible for entering and confirming the correct address during checkout. The order will be processed using that address and any additional shipping charges to re-ship "non-deliverable" shipments are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking Numbers:  Tracking info may will be available in your eBay transaction details, it may take up to 48 hours after item is marked "shipped" for tracking info to appear.  Tracking info is not always updated by the carrier at every stage of shipment, please be patient - if the tracking number appears, the item has been shipped. Small items are shipped via "Airmail" and do not have tracking numbers.

Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the eBay system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) will be charged a restocking fee of at least 20% - Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it.  You can then purchase the correct item at any time.

Cancel/Change An Order: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been paid for, we cannot cancel or change it - no exceptions.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Please check your order for accuracy and verify that the shipping address is correct before you submit payment. See our return policy for details on how to return an item that is ordered incorrectly. 

Emails: Please contact us using the eBay message system only, this is a requirement of eBay and ensures we will see your message.  Every effort is made to answer all questions within (1) business day – we are closed evenings, holidays and on weekends.  Any question sent during those times will be answered during the next business day. 

Feedback: We value our feedback rating tremendously – besides the fact that it allows us to judge how satisfied our customers are, it affects our seller status, which allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.  If you feel the need to leave anything other than positive feedback, please contact us first.  We will try to resolve any issues, but we can’t rectify a problem if we are not aware of it. 

Warranty:  Some items are covered by a warranty, any issue due to improper installation or improper use is NOT covered by warranty. Please contact us with any questions about a warranty on a particular item.  Many are manufacturer's warranties and must be handled through the manufacturer.
