5x5 Original Painting, MARY AND SON MINIATURE, by Rose Datoc Dall
The Gospel Vision of the Arts Scholarship is a Deseret Book Company scholarship given to deserving artists in training.

Funds for the scholarship are raised through the auction of original works of art donated by professional artists, just like this.

Auction is for the 5x5 original painting on panel, float mounted inside a hand-crafted, wire hanging, closed corner, hand rubbed frame generously provided by Art City Frame Company of Springville, Utah. Original can be easily removed to be framed in another frame if you wish to do that on your own.

Gross sales, minus auction fees, go directly to the scholarship.

Filipina-American artist Rose Datoc Dall was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in northern Virginia. She received her BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in 1990. Some of her work—distinctive for her unique graphic style and use of vivid color—is part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Church History and Art in Salt Lake City, and can also be found on Mormon.org. Rose is married to a supportive and loving husband with whom she has raised four children in the past twenty-three years of marriage.
