This Item is a Condition Inspected Customer Return, we found the following issues with this tent: There is a hole in the side of the tent and one in the side, it's a little faded here and there and it's a bit muddy - See pictures

An easily pitched tunnel tent that's ideal for weekends away with family and friends.

The Hi Gear Enigma 5 is a simple tunnel tent with a spacious bedroom, large living area and plenty of windows to give it a roomy feel and let light in.

Its fully sewn in groundsheet will keep out drafts and rain (and insects), while the mesh panels on the windows and door make ventilation easy on stuffy days.

Plenty of pre-attached luminous guylines help you to keep the tent stable in windy conditions, and remain visible in low light (especially on a crowded campsite).

The electrical cable access point makes it easy to use your appliances in comfort.

They are returned because they have some sort of fault (unless stated).

Generally these items are in good working order and usually have very minor damage, if any.

Delivery, Postage & Packaging

Orders received are normally posted out within 2-3 working days and normally arrive within 2 working days.

Delivery and Collection is always from our warehouse in Runcorn WA7

You are welcome to collect any item from our warehouse in Runcorn WA7 FREE OF CHARGE between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday and weekends by appointment (Please try to go for a Saturday not a Sunday if possible)

Delivery for job lots which includes a pallet and wrapping is charged at COST PRICE.

Delivery for single or smaller items is again at cost price using a non-pallet courier.

STANDARD DELIVERY IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF SCILLY, ISLE OF WIGHT, CHANNEL ISLANDS OR EUROPE, Please ask for a quote if you live in these areas.
