We post every day Mon-Fri. Your order will be dispatched immediately upon receiving the payment, clearing of cheques will be required before your order is sent. Orders paid before 2:00 pm will be dispatched the same day, all other orders will be dispatched by the end of the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
We can also deliver items through Royal Mail Special Delivery (Please ensure that you select the required postage option). If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If the item is not been collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned back to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given excluding the postage costs.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

Payment: Please complete the payment within 7 days, non payers will be reported to eBay. Payment can be made via PayPal, postal order or cheque.

We accept returns/exchanges only if the item is returned within 7 days of the receipt in original unused condition. We will refund the full purchased cost of the item. We do not refund any postage fees. (We do not accept responsibility of items lost in the post when returning back to us, we advise that the items are returned via Recorded Delivery). Please note even though some of items are listed as "free postage”, but it does actually cost us to post them, therefore postage charges are also not refundable on such items.
Before returning any item please contact us via eBay to inform us of your intention. All items returned must include your name, your eBay id and item number with brief details of reason for returning the item. Once we have received the item a refund or exchange will be arranged within 48 hrs.
Please contact us straight away regarding any faulty, post damaged item or if we send sent wrong size or item by mistake (which will never happen, hopefully) and we will arrange a replacement immediately. We will refund your postage cost upon receiving the item.
If you have ordered and received item and realise you have ordered the wrong size, please send the unworn item back and we'll exchange size (if in stock), postal charges will incur. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine and incur any additional costs, including postage and any duties and/or taxes.
