All orders we recieve before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday- Friday). We do not currently ship items over the weekend, and any order that is placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on the following monday.

Cancelling your order
Your right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations You may cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations by notifying us no later than 7 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract. If you are returning goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a saleable condition. You will be refunded the full cost of the item(s) plus any delivery charges you paid to receive the item(s).

Returning faulty or incorrect items
Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or incorrect item.

Footasylum accepts payments made through PayPal and bank transfer. All payments must be made through the ebay checkout within 7 days of winning your item(s) stock availability can not be guaranteed after this point, your item may be relisted.
