 Please read all our terms below, they are in plain English and are exactly the same for every car we sell, also click our "view sellers other items icon" to see all our other no reserve cars!

 Any winning bidder will have unlimited time to test drive their prospective purchase, inspect,  or do whatever they wish within reason, bring a mechanic if they like etc. and you will be left totally alone to do this all day if they wish.  The motorway is on our doorstep, and your very welcome to go ANYWHERE on test drive as long as your back before we close at 6pm!!  If you wish to purchase the car, you are very welcome, if you choose to reject, this is totally fine too.  But do be aware, once purchased, no complaint will be entertained whatsoever.  There is no obligation to purchase if not totally happy with the car once viewed. 

 ANY NON –SHOWING  WINNING BIDDER WILL BE LEFT A NON PAYMENT STRIKE, TOTALLY WITHOUT EXCEPTION AND IRRESPECTIVE OF REASON, WE'VE SEEN ALL THE EXCUSES AND WONT ACCEPT ANY OF THEM ANY LONGER.  YOU WIN, YOU SHOW, OR GET A NON PAYMENT STRIKE, IT'S THAT SIMPLE! (If you decide once viewed not to purchase, this is fine, you will have fulfilled your obligation as long as you’ve identified yourself to us at the point of viewing. 

Please note, any winning bidder must contact the office (you will be emailed the collection number at the point of winning the auction) within a maximum of 24hrs after the auction ends to arrange collection. Beyond this point without contact the car will not be held. We do not negotiate on the final bid price.  Due to this we advise all bidders to allow themselves £400 for the rectification of any issues they may find, these may be bodywork or mechanical.  We will always declare any known issues in the listing, but invariably there will be things we will not be able to pick up on the very limited opportunity we have to assess, unlike you, who will be given all day!  These are second hand cars, that will invariably require money to be spent on them.  Examples of things you may need to spend money on are tyres, flywheel/clutch, brake pads/discs, chips/cracks in windscreen or check light on the dash ie. airbag light or eml. It is also a given that a car of the age will typically have had paint at some point in its life, so please do expect to find evidence of such.  If such items are likely to dissuade you for purchase, we respectfully suggest we would not be able to service your needs.   

Please be aware we now have a policy of declaring all mileages as incorrect. The listing will indicate the mileage displayed on the odometer at the point of us having purchased it, this and any reference to it, must be considered incorrect for the purpose of the auction, we hereby declare to you any car we sell has done 1/2 million miles, this way everyone knows exactly where they stand!  Also, in order to totally comply with sale of goods act 1979, we hereby stipulate, any vehicle sold on this listing, is not fit for any purpose other than for spares or repair, as are all cars sold by us including this one, and are invoiced as such. This may sound hard, but it is the only way we can legally sell these cars without reserve, and also not fall foul of trading standards law, and be economically viable as a business.  This inevitably means we will sell these cars for a lot less than other outlets, but you must appreciate, you are not buying from a retail environment, so if you want warranties, fully valeted cars, proper aftersales service, we hate to break it you folks, but we suggest you buy elsewhere, as such services come with a price. Think of us more of an auction house which allows unlimited test drives prior to purchase, rather than your typical motor trader. Please note, in rare circumstances we reserve the right to withdraw a car from sale if there is either  for example a title dispute, or the vehicle comes to us with a significant mechanical defect that we’ve not alluded to specifically on the description.   

Lastly, please do not automatically expect the car to be available the morning after! Most are, but it can often be the case that the auction ends prior to delivery been taken so collection is by appointment please, and be mindful of this when bidding. Full payment must be made within 5 days. Please note, all collections are from our premises at 132  Bath Rd, Reading, Berks, RG30 2EU Just behind the Esso petrol station.  Directions – Exit the M4 motorway at Junction 12 and head towards Reading on the A4, we are exactly 2 miles, Reading bound, on the left, behind the Esso petrol.  PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAY!
