1978 C&C 30’ Sailboat in Good Shape & Ready for Use

This 1978 C&C Sailboat is 30’ in length and ready for some use.  She has been used and maintained over the years and the following is direct from the donor.

 

“The boat has an inboard Yanmar 15 HP Diesel motor that was overhauled and has only 30 hours since the overhaul.    The hull and upholstery condition are good. The Rigging and Sails are in good condition with a main and jib.  It has a good binimi top.  Accessroies include auto pilot, anchor, shore power, A/C, dock lines, teak, depth finder, Life jackets, bumpers, ropes, GPS, CB/VHF, swim step, stereo/CD, refrigerator, microwave, alcohol stove.

 

Further description from donor is “8 new ports 2013, Bottom paint 2011, all electronics new 2012, Bottom recently cleaned with new zincs.”

 

This is so hot that we anticipate the title and paperwork arriving in the next day but we did not want to hesitate to get this one up for sale. 

 

 

TERMS OF SALE:

 

Buyer is responsible for transportation as well as shipping costs to deliver this vehicle/boat to its final destination. We expect the nonrefundable deposit to be made within 24 hours of close of auction. The balance is to be paid within 7 days of close of auction. We accept payment by cashier’s check, Pay Pal, bank to bank wire transfers and cash in person (when a Donate Your Boat representative is available to accept cash).

 

DELIVERY TERMS:

 

The Buyer is to pay for and administrate the shipping of the vehicle/boat. It is critical that you are prepared to pick up the vehicle/boat within our stated 7 day period.  If vehicle/boat is not picked up or delivered within 30 days of auction end, Donate Your Boat will re-sell the above-mentioned vehicle/boat with no refund being offered to the winning bidder. Titles are held until vehicle/boat has been removed from the property. They will be either mailed to the buyer or presented in person once a vehicle/boat has been removed.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES:

 

Transaction Fee:  $75 for US Buyers, $150 for non US Buyers (this does not include title transfers which is buyers responsibility)

Storage:  $10 per day a vehicle/boat is in storage beyond the 7 day period mentioned above paid in advance up to our 30 day pick up window. 

Lift Fees:   Varies depending on marina
