Terms & Conditions of Sale

VCB INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS (Seller) sales are to be held in accordance with the provisions of the State of California laws and the following special terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDERS:

High Bidders must be at least 18 years of age. Bidders expressly represent that he or she read and agreed with the Terms & Conditions of Sale posted here. This sale is open to the public. Bidders must register with eBay in order to bid. HIGH BIDDERS May be required to acknowledge the sale and post a PayPal deposit immediately after declaring the sale of an item. If this is required and not accomplished, the item will be re-offered.

THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BID.

DEPOSIT

The winning bidder is required to submit a $ 350.00 non-refundable deposit immediately following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

PAYMENT:

Payment is required as prescribed in the special terms and conditions available for each sale. In Person Cash payments shall be in U.S. currency. Other acceptable forms of payment may include credit card (thru PayPal only), cashier's check, credit union cashier's check issued by a Federal or State chartered credit union, traveler's check, postal or commercial money order, and properly endorsed Federal, State, or local government checks. A personal or company check will only be accepted when accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment. This letter must state that the bank will
guarantee the check for a specific amount for a period of 30 days after the
sale date, and that it covers the purchase of VCB INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS property only.

DEFAULT:

You are cautioned to bid only on those items you are prepared to pay for and remove in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale. All Items awarded to you as the high bidder are contractually yours and must be paid for and removed within the time period specified under the special terms and conditions for each sale. Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the bidder may also be subject to paying liquidated damages as stated bellow: "The purchaser agrees that in the event he fails to pay for the property or remove the same within the prescribed period of time, the Seller at its election and upon notice of default shall be entitled to retain (or collect) as liquidated damages a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20% of the total purchase price of the item(s) as to which the default has occurred or (b) $200.00 or the purchase price of such item(s) if the purchase price is less than $200.00."
