Do i combine postage on mustiple purchases?

I do! Infact for every extra item you buy, you only need to pay £1.00 on top of the initial postage costs. The initial postage cost is taken from the highest postage value from all of your items. For example of you buy a dress with postage of £3.00 and a coat with a postage cost of £5.00, then the inital postage cost will be the higher of the two, so £5.00, plus just a £1 for the dress.


UK Postage costs

I try to keep postage costs to a minimum, and the costs include both the sending fee and packaging fee. All items are sent via Royal mail. I try to send all items out within 3 days of recieving payment.

Small parcels uk
(Things like tops and dresses)

2nd class  £2.60+20p for the packaging so £2.80
1st class  £3.00+20p for the packaging so £3.20

Medium Parcels uk
(Any larger items, like shoes and coats and collectables (below 1kg)):

2nd class £5.20+20p for the packaging so £5.40
1st class £5.65+20p for the packaging so £5.85

All items with a value over £30 must be sent via Signed for post

1st class signed for  £4.10+20p for the packaging so £4.30

Medium parcels signed for uk

2nd class signed for  £6.30+20p for the packaging so £6.50

Do i accept returns?

I always describe my items very well, with detailed photos and measurements included with every listing. I  dont accpet returns for items you just dont like or if they dont fit. If you feel my listing was innacuarate please contact me and i will arrange a return. I dont not refund any postage costs, and will only refund the auction value of the item.

Are items clean and fresh?

All items are from a clean non smoking home, with a rather fluffy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Mr Bingley. I hand wash  and line dry all items before selling them so they will be as fresh as a daisy. There may be an odd pet hair, but i endeavor to send all items out in a pristine condition!

How are items packaged?

All my items come wrapped in tissue paper, and in a lovely pink postage bag. Or if they are breakable i will recycle a used box and used recycled packing materials to get it to you safely.

Do i accept bids from abroad?

I do accept bids from abroad, but please note the postage costs are much higher when going overseas. I also prefer to send items via airsure so be aware of this before bidding as it may cost more.

Are accesories and props used in photos included in auctions?

I am sorry but, no they are not. I use belts, bags, hats, gloves and petticoats to show how items can be worn. These items are never included in the auctions. I can however source you something in particular if you like how it looks! Just get in touch.

Can i source items for you?

I can indeed!
Just send me a message with the desired item style and size and ill look out for it on my travels. It can be an object, vintage clothing or vintage inspired, even shoes and accesories! You will not be obliged to buy it if it turns out to be not quite right. So so you have nothing to lose.

When do my auctions end?

To make it simple for my customers all my auctions end on a sunday, this way you will nebver have to miss an auction end again!
