Listing is for a single Nichia NDB7875 445nm 22mm Blue Laser Module. Unit is in a 22mm aluminum module with 510 threaded adapter. It is prewired with a 2.4A X-Drvie bucking laser driver and comes with a high pass single element 405-G-2 glass lens. With the 510 threading the unit is ready to be dropped into your final project. No setting current or soldering diode to driver. Just connect to 510 threaded 6-9V power supply like a Mechanical mod with two Li-ions.

Input voltage range is 6V-9V from a 2A+ capable source and varying voltage between 3V-6V you can modulate the output power.


Here is what you get. The X-Drive is encased in the module connected to the diode and the G-2 lens on the front adjusts the beam by turning the focus cap at the top.
