I am so excited to introduce Bandit to you. He is such a happy and playful little Chihuahua puppy. Bandit and I are hoping he will steal your heart! 

Bandit is a one of a kind artist puppy completely designed and hand sewn (no machine sewing) by me, Melisa Nichols. He is very detailed and as such he is his own unique individual and can not be duplicated ~ a true one of a kind. Many, many hours of love and effort went into this creation!

Because of all this detailed work, I will never be able to create another puppy just like Bandit. I do not work with patterns - just from photos and drawings, so there is no pattern he can be remade from.

Bandit is 6” and very detailed. I've taken loads of photos of him and I hope you enjoy seeing them all!

Bandit is made from beautiful off white synthetic fur. It was a bit long for a short haired chihuahua, so he has been extensively scissor sculpted. I have applied his realistic black markings by hand.

Bandit's adorable face is full of detail and took me so many hours to create! His face has been thread sculpted, scissor sculpted and hand shaded. He has soulful glass eyes that I hand painted in very dark gray. He also has eyelids that can be posed open or completely closed, or anywhere in between.

Bandit has a realistic nose which I made out of epoxy clay without any molds. It is realistically hand painted.

Bandit's ears have hand shaded ultrasuede inner ears. They are wired for extra posing.

Bandit's ultrasuede paws were also very time consuming. I scissor sculpted, thread sculpted and hand shaded them. I added epoxy clay claws that I individually hand shaped and sealed.

Bandit is completely hand sewn and filled with polyfil, pellets (in his tummy), and an extra portion of cuddles. He is fully armatured (including a short wire in his tail) for lots of fun poses!

I created a faux leopard print pillow for him – he looks so sweet resting on it.

The pillow in this auction is included. He is a collectable puppy made for display only - not suitable for children due to small parts.
