Items are posted when cleared payment is received. We post items daily (Monday - Friday), except Public Holidays, via Royal Mail. Unless stated otherwise in listings I post items via 2nd class standard post. Other postal options are available and recommended if you require your item urgently. If you require a tracking number for your order then please choose one of the following where available on the listing: UK Customers should choose - 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' International Customers should choose - 'International Signed For'

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day payment was made. Please contact me through eBay's 'Contact Seller' to begin the returns process. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be 'faulty' or 'significantly not as described'. A return and method of this return, including postage, must be confirmed by me before a return is made. Any extra costs incurred that have not been agreed will not be refunded. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method. Please let us know if your item has not arrived after 7 working days in the UK or 21 working days for international buyers.
