We pride ourselves in describing our items and taking detailed photos the best we can. That also means telling the bidder of any imperfection an item may or may not have. We find that to be honest from the beginning is the only way. It allows bidders to determine for themselves to bid on an item. This keeps our customer satisfaction very high. If you're ever dissatisfied for ANY reason with our service our products please let us know and we will do our best to fix it

Shipping:

Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees which are quoted in this auction.  International buyer are responsible for customs/importation fees and are responsible for importation regulations.....both may or may not apply (check local guidelines.)  We pride ourselves with superior packaging and fast shipping and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment.

How Are Shipping Fees Calculated?:

-Unlike a lot of seller's on ebay we do not profit on shipping fees. What many buyer don't know is that Ebay actually takes a commission out of buyers shipping fees which drives up the cost on shipping on every item (we find this to be unethical but this is ebay's practice.) How WE calculate shipping is by weighing and measuring an item, that way we can try to keep the costs down for buyers. Again, we don't profit on shipping, just the item's sale price.

Shipping outside of the contiguous United States and Canada may be more than stated. Please email for quote before bidding if you live outside the contiguous USA.

Payment:

We accept paypal. Please contact us for additional accepted payment methods. Payment is due within 5 days of auction end. If paying by e-check payment is due within 4 days of auction's end as it usually takes an additional 4-7 days for e-checks to clear through paypal.
