We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving full and cleared payment subject to stock availability. Please note that items purchased on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK Customers

Most purchases with free postage should arrive within 3 to 5 days after dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days.

International Customers

Most purchases should arrive within 6 to 15 working days to worldwide customers after dispatch.

We accept payment via PayPal only, the safest and easiest way to pay for items on eBay.

We will only ship to the address of the PayPal account holder. We cannot alter a delivery address so please do not ask us to ship items to another address.

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from GlitzyGizmos; however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return the item to us for various reasons. The first thing to do is to always contact us immediately via email. We will endeavour to arrive at your satisfaction.

If you receive a faulty item, please return this to us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the item for an exchange ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).  If the item is no longer available we will issue a full refund.  All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you have just simply changed your mind and feel you need to return the item then you must return it within 7 working days for a full refund. The item must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. the item must be unused and the packaging must still be intact. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and verify any fault(s) and/or any damage.
A refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. All costs incurred in returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

With postage free items we will deduct postal charges from the refund amount which varies with each item.
