UK Delivery Zones

We try our best to be very competitive with delivery charges but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the courier companies. So it is with regret that we can no longer offer a simple one price solution to deliveries within The Scottish Highlands and UK Islands.

Vegapalm Ltd will only deliver goods to the card holders name & address.

Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only excluding the Scottish Highlands. Please note we do not send goods outside the UK mainland or to BFPO addresses (Eire included). The majority of our deliveries are made within the advertised time as per product page but please allow up to 3 extra working days.

 

Shortages

It is the customer’s responsibility to sign for all packages as shown on the couriers consignment note. Any missing packages must be noted on the same consignment note before the driver leaves. It will be the customer’s responsibility to notify; Vegapalm Ltd of any shortages within 3 days of delivery.

Incorrect Goods

Any incorrect goods received must be notified to Vegapalm Ltd within 3 days. This would enable us to rectify the problem immediately.

Non-Deliveries

Vegapalm Ltd will not accept liability of goods lost in transit unless notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date.

Damage in Transit

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the couriers delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 3 days from delivery. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect these will be returned to you and an administration fee will be charged along with the cost of carriage to your credit card account. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you must e-mail us firts at  veagaplm,@hotmail.co.uk.

Exchange & Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, or it is incorrect, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you within 14 days of receipt providing the items are undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded).  All returned items are inspected before replacement or refund is made. This does not affect your statutory rights



Failed / Missed Delivery

Upon the courier's arrival at the specified delivery address, you will be responsible for ensuring that the courier will be able to make an in-person delivery to you (e.g., opening locked gates, enabling entry into secured access buildings, leaving instructions for receptionists, etc.). We are not responsible, and will have no liability, for failing to complete a delivery in the event that the delivery address you provide is incorrect, incomplete , inaccessible or no one is home .

A signature will be required upon delivery. Your order is deemed delivered upon receipt of proof of delivery by signature in electronic or written form or by other evidence such as the courier's confirmation of delivery. We will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items if the courier is instructed to leave an item somewhere without signature. Where the courier is unable to effect delivery of the item as requested by you, APC  shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you of any undelivered or unclaimed item(s) and shall return the item to the seller.If you do not receive your item within 2 working days of payment it is your responsibility to contact us on 01202 578297  In the case of a failed delivery there would be a re-delivery charge of £7.99 . If once the item has been returned to us by the courier due to a failed delivery and the order is then cancelled by the purchaser a charge of £7.99 will be deducted  from the purchase amount .
