used Downing Atlanta Supercharger kit (DASC)

Easy bolt-on for BMW M44 & M42 engines

Currently with 3.4" pulley (~10.5 PSI boost)

In good working order, no need to rebuild the Eaton M62 supercharger at this point

Mileage and previous owners are unknown

This kit is not intercooled and doesn't require intercooling (or methanol injection) unless you go for a smaller pulley


I have used this in a BMW Z3 with M44 engine that uses V-ribbed belt.

If you are using a M42 engine, please do some research before buying and be prepared to modify your M42 engine accordingly.

Obviously it will not work with older type (E30) M42 belts.

Package contents:

* DASC intake manifold and Eaton M62 supercharger with 3.4 inch pulley
* 1 x upper radiator hose (DASC specific shape)
* 4 x spark plugs (2 steps colder) (~3000 km)
* 2 x alternator belts (DASC specific length)
* 1 x phenolic intake manifold gasket (to reduce manifold temperature)
* 1 x rising rate fuel pressure regulator with water-filled Sytec gauge (I don't really recommed this, get an aftermaket ECU and tune it properly instead)
* 1 x generic "sport" air filter with fittings in various diameters
* 4 x fuel injector adapters for common style Bosch fuel injectors (BMW M50, S50, etc)
* Idle control valve relocation kit for BMW M44 type ICV
* M44 mass air flow sensor (MAF) support bracket
* M44 style oil filter housing with plastic cap (adds clearance for DASC idler pulley, required to install on M42 engines because of wider oil filter housing)

All parts are used, in good working order

Idler pulleys are basically like-new, with ~3000 km on them

Some "custom" vacuum and coolant hoses will be included, however be prepared to buy them by metre from your local auto parts store and adapt to your engine / chassis

The kit has been spray-painted at some point of its life and would be benefit from sandblasting and/or repainting

* longer throttle cable (I have purchased one from a right-hand drive BMW Z3)

* larger injectors (360cc or larger recommended)

* upgraded fuel pump (eg. Walbro 255 lph)

* bigger clutch (I have used e36 328i 240mm dual mass flywheel and clutch)

* bigger brakes (I have used E46 330i front brakes)

* ECU and professional engine tune (because RRFPR sucks)

With a decent tune and upgraded injectors it will make up to ~220 HP and ~200 lb/ft torque (~6 seconds to 100km/h in a BMW Z3, probably even faster in E30)

6-12 hours required for first time installation (depending o n your skill)
