We offer FREE residential delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Addresses must be a physical address - no PO Box addresses. Some exceptions do apply to our free delivery, such as remote, far-away locations, or to other difficult to reach locations such as islands. If you feel you may be located in one of these areas, please contact us first to see if you may incur any additional charges for delivery.
This item will SHIP OUT from the warehouse within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow an ADDITIONAL 5 to 8 business days for transit time. Therefore, TOTAL TIME to have items delivered could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Items will be shipped either by Ground (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) or via LTL (Less than Truckload) for larger items. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not considered business days. We work as quickly as possible to ship out your items in a timely basis so we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note that LTL Freight deliveries (larger items) are CURBSIDE only (self service delivery where you assist getting the product inside your home from the back of the truck), but additional services, such as liftgate and threshold delivery, may be available if you contact us first before shipping to make these arrangements.
A liftgate is a mechanical platform that lowers your pallet of furniture from the back of the truck to the ground and threshold service involves the carrier bringing your merchandise just inside your front door or inside your garage. We typically bundle these into one cost, so if you are interested in this service, you must contact us FIRST, BEFORE the item has shipped to make arrangements. Our carriers will be unable to move your items into your room of choice due to liability issues. Our freight carriers are not a full-service, furniture delivery operation, and cannot set up your items or remove package debris.
CONDITION / REPLACEMENT
All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. This warranty covers against defects unrelated to shipping / handling damage. We can provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 3 days of receiving the item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 3 days of the receipt date, and we will provide replacement parts for you, free of charge.
We strongly encourage you to inspect the contents of your item(s) upon delivery, and if you find damage to any boxes, please mark the delivery receipt "DAMAGED" with a quick description of the damage you're noting. This is the only way we can assist you in making a claim against a carrier for damage. Damage uncovered after the driver has left will be assumed to have occurred after delivery. You need only refuse those items that show damage and you may retain the rest of the item(s) as we work to get a replacement sent out to you.
In many cases, we are able to send out replacement parts or boxes to resolve any issues that occur with your order. If Furniture Creations determines a part or replacement will fix any issue that arises, and customer still requests to return the item, the order will be treated as a normal return request and customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.
DAMAGES / ISSUES
Although highly unlikely, we recognize items do occasionally get damaged during transport. Our staff is well trained to offer assistance in the event of damages or other issues relating to your order. It is normal for packages to show wear and tear, but it is not normal for there to be gaping holes or pieces falling out! Damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days from the date that the item was received.
Damages and other issues must be documented by email, since a written record is required. In addition, photographic proof is required for any concealed damages that were not specified to the shipper upon receipt of the item. In the event concealed damage is discovered, please contact us in like manner and we may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund.

Furniture Creations operates out of Tempe, AZ but currently collects sales tax in several states due to nexus that has been established in those states. We either have merchandise stored in fulfillment centers or we have special delivery arrangements with carriers that fall outside normal common carrier contracts. This creates sales tax nexus for us and we are therefore, required to collect sales tax. Please see the "Shipping & Payments" tab of this listing to see all states that we collect sales tax for.
1.) Please be sure that your email address registered with eBay is valid. All email correspondence is sent to your eBay registered email address, so please be sure to check that it is correct.
2.) Check to make sure that your email account does not have spam filters blocking emails coming from eBay. We send out important messages related to order status, tracking information, etc., so help save our messages from being blocked or lost.
3.) Be ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you have provided us with a good contact phone number for delivery arrangements. Several of the items we ship must ship via FREIGHT / LTL CARRIER, and if the carrier cannot get ahold of you because of a bad phone number, they may charge storage charges which customer will be responsible for paying, or it will be deducted from any refund if the item is returned to us.
Furniture Creations is able to cancel your order but if the item has already been picked from our distribution center and has entered the shipping prep process, you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If the item has already left our warehouse with the carrier, you will also be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the merchandise.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Furniture Creations will gladly refund your original purchase price, less all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, if items are returned to us within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If your order had "Free Shipping", this is a one-way offer so if you return your order our actual outbound shipping costs to you will also be deducted from the refund. You must first contact Furniture Creations to obtain an RMA number so we may authorize the return.
You are welcome to make your own arrangements for shipping or we can facilitate the carrier pickup using a quote from one of our own carrier accounts. However, you are responsible for making sure the item is prepared to ship back to us in the same condition that it was received. So if your item was palletized when received, you will need to retain the pallet in order to ship the item back. All items must be shipped back in their original packaging, so be sure to carefully open boxes and do not discard boxes and packaging material until you are certain there are no issues with the item. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
