- We only accept payment through PayPal.
1. All items will be shipped to buyer's ebay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to.
2. The item will be delivered form Nieuwveen, Netherlands via DPD. If the Items are located in UK, they will be shipped directly from Dunstable,East England.
3. If buyer's address belongs to remote areas, extra shipping cost should be paid.
4. All items will be shipped out within 24 hours after your payment is verified. Please NOTE that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day. Delivery may be delayed during weekends and holidays.
5. No local pick-up service will be provided.

2. You have the right to exchange / return your order within 30 days after receipt.
- If you change mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please contact us via ebay.uk@shinerichgroup.com and fill in the RMA form to cancel the contract. When we have the products in good original condition received we will credit the total order amount. Buyer need to cover the return the return shipping cost for this situation. We thank you for your understanding!
Please note we can't receive the packages if buyer returns by yourselves according to the address on shipping package. We won't solve such case and buyer should responsible for the consequences.
- If there's a fault with the product, Please contact our customer service team Within 30 days . They will ask for a photo of the faulty part/s to be emailed to us. Upon receipt of this, we will arrange to refund your payment or send the required replacements parts to you. All the return cost will be covered by seller.
- If your goods appear to have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If possible sign for the goods as damaged. If upon opening the packaging you notice damage, please contact out customer service team who will ask you to email a photo of the damage. We can only accept claims for damage within 7 days of delivery as outside of this period a claim cannot be submitted to our courier.
