Payment
Please pay via PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit within 3 days of auction end and payments must be received within 7 days. Your prompt payment will ensure our speedy dispatch of your order.
Please specify your eBay ID with your payment when making a deposit. After 10 working days defaulting bidders will be reported to eBay and items will be relisted without further notice.
Shipping
All items are dispatched from our SYDNEY STORE with express delivery or regular post, guaranteed fast handling and delivery.
All orders will be dispatched no later than 24 hours after payment has been received/confirmed, except weekends & public holiday. Delivery will take between 1-3 days (sometimes takes longer, depending on customer location). We will not be responsible for any delays or loss in delivery caused by Australia Post.
We are more than happy to combine postage for multiple items. Please inform us when you won the auction. Failure to inform us may not guarantee that we can offer you combined postage as the individual item/s may have already been posted. You may incur a separate postage fee if this happens.

Return Policy
It is not acceptable for refund/replacement/exchange to take place if the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase, if the item was not what they expected, if they have changed their mind, or they have made the wrong choice.
We, however, do offer refund or exchange if items not as described. Only items in their original packaging and condition can be accepted for return. Please feel free to contact us first to fix up any problems before leaving negative feedback, coz negative feedback doesn't solve any problems.
