I was inspired to paint this little scene because we live very close to Canton, Texas, which is the home of "First Monday Trade Days,"  -  or the World's Largest Flea Market. It is also a great place to find vintage travel trailers of all kinds. Many serve as temporary offices for the dealers and others come to town to provide adequate - and inexpensive - sleeping quarters for the bargain hunters. (Note: Most of the "stuff" pictured here is actually sitting in a man's front yard just north of us in Quinlan, TX!)
