Returns:

• Items may be returned for any reason within 10 Days after the invoice date.

• All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, or $40 whichever is greater.

• Any returns less than $100 are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returned products must be in original condition as shipped with all included materials.

• Parts that have been tampered with, or have had their labels tampered with, and returned to us will not be subject for a refund. If you return the wrong part to us, (incorrect serial number) the item will not be returned to you.

• All Warranty & Returns require a Return Authorization Number.

• You must contact us to obtain a “Return Authorization Number”, prior to shipping back any items. Items without an RMA number will be refused!

• You must write your “Return Authorization Number” in clear large letters on the outside of the box.

• Returns with no “Return Authorization Number” in clear large letters on the outside of the box will not be accepted. All Warranty & Returns require a “Return Authorization Number”. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping back any items.
