  • California residents must add 8.25% sales tax.
  • We accept PayPal payments only.

  • For Domestic customers:
    • We ship all USA orders via USPS with a tracking number, Delivery Confirmation and insurance.
    • We ship all orders within 48 hours of us receiving the payment and verification. Sometimes there may be delays, please accept it. (weekends and holidays are not included)
  • For International customers:
    • We ship all orders using United States Postal Service which takes 5-8 working days to deliver the package. There could be some delays because of international customs agents which may take several weeks to deliver but it happens very rare.
    • Customers are responsible for all local taxes and duties if applicable.
    • $25 additional charge for order to ship to Italy.
Insurance is required as we are not responsible if USPS loses or breaks an item without insurance.

  • Refund:
    • An item must be returned to us within 30 days from the receiving date for refund.
    • All returns refund will be based on the BUY NOW purchase. Shipping is NOT Refundable.
    • Absolutely NO Refunds after 30 days.
    • All returns refund (item was sold with free shipping) will be based on the original purchase. In addition, the credit amount will be based on a 15% restocking fee or a minimum $6.00 restocking fee, as shipping and handling charge for the item(s), whichever restocking fee is greater.
  • Replacement:
    • Please notify us immediately if the item you ordered is defective. Defective parts must be returned to us before a replacement is sent.
    • You will incur the cost of shipping the defective part to us. We will pay to ship the new part to you.
  • UPGRADES:
    • If you do purchase this product not realizing there is Compatibility issue, just let us know and we will help you find right module for you.
Before item(s) can be returned for replacement or refund RMA # must be obtained.
