We offer “ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED” as a standard UK delivery option and “ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR” for international customers so you have the reassurance of being able to track your package. We may send you package by another courier depending on quantity of items purchased. All our products are packaged with care so they are safely delivered to your door step. Please allow up to 1- 3 days for your item to be delivered for UK orders and overseas may take 7 – 10 days. (Please note these times are an estimate) All items are dispatched on the same day or within 24
If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office; where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs.

Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (email or post) within 7 days from the date of delivery and return the item(s) to us before we can issue a refund or an exchange. However for the convenience of the customer we have a 14 day return policy (note: original delivery charges are non-refundable unless notified by email or post within 7 days from the date of delivery.Also, a £3 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on any items listed as free delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any returning postage back to us.) When returning parcels to us please make sure your Certificate of Posting is stamped at the Post Office We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded.
