All items are sent first class unless otherwise states and are dispatched within 1-2 days of purchase.

Items are sent well packaged and should get to you in the same condition they were sent in.

Payments should be recieved within 14 days failing this I will contact you if no responce is recieved

I will commence the non payment process via Ebay. Paypal is my favored payment method, contact

me for alternate means of payment before purchasing items.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of recieving your items, contact me to arrange the return of

you order before sending. Returns are sent back to me at your own expence and then a full refund for the

origional amount will be issued upon recieving of the items.

If you have not recieved your order within 10 days contact me to let me know and I will be happy to

arrange a replacment or a refund. Please check with your local post office first to make sure it is not

being held by them. Severe weather and bank holidays can make deliveries take longer consider this

when making an order and when waiting for an order.

Feedback is very important to me and so I work hard to make sure my customers are always happy,

if you are unhappy with anything to do with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback.
