PLEASE NOTE: All my items are sent by special or recorded delivery. If an item goes missing during delivery I will assist where possible. However, the buyer will ultimately be responsible for processing the claim.  If making payment by cheque you will be required to wait 5 working days for payment to clear before item is shipped.
