California, Oregon, Washington State, Alaska and Hawaii residents MUST ask for an invoice upon winning an auction. The shipping rates WILL be higher than those stated on the auction!

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

International customers must also request and invoice. The shipping rates stated in the auction are for the continental 48 states minus those mentioned above.

 

 

We DO allow local pickup, when agreed upon before auctions end, for an additional fee of $5.00. Winning bidders MUST contact us before auctions end to confirm!

 

Negative feedback does not solve anything. We ask that if you have a problem with an item you have purchased from us that you contact us and allow us to resolve the issue with you.  Individuals who leave negative feedback prior to contacting us will be banned from purchasing from Albatross Electronics in the future.  We are more than willing to work with any customer who has an issue.

 

Questions: We do not have a 24 hr a day eBay service. We will attempt to answer any question you have as quickly as possible.  Questions asked between 11pm and 8pm Eastern Standard Time will be answered by 10am that morning. We will not be held responsible if you fail to ask important questions before auctions end.  If our ads are unclear in any way, please feel free to ask.  We deal with a huge volume of items and cannot test, learn and diagnose every problem with every item. We will do our best to answer.

 

Payment: Payment for each auction won is expected within 24 hours of the auctions end unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.  If you cannot pay for an item within that time, please message us so that we can discuss payment arrangements.  We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Shipping: We use UPS ground for 90% of our shipping. There are occasions that we use USPS as well. We will work with you on shipping charges for multiple items and customers are free to email their own labels using their own shipping companies, however, the shipping price is clearly stated in the auction. If you do not like the shipping price and we are not able to reach a compromise, please do not bid on the item.  There are issues not within our control that affect shipping time in transit; holidays, weather conditions etc. We ask that you be understanding in these rare instances.  All items will be shipped out within 3 BUSINESS days of receipt of payment. If your auction ends on Saturday or Sunday, your item will be shipped out no later than Wednesday of the following week.

UP FOR AUCTION  -- VINTAGE SONY BETAMAX  VCR.  This unit powerd-on but WAS NOT function tested  so it is being listed AS-IS FOR PARTS AND REPAIR ONLY. All buttons, dials, and ports are intact. Black body is in fair condition with few minor scratches. NO RETURNS for any reason on this unit.
