Due to the great price on these items, they can occasionally go on backorder. If timing is critical, please be aware of this before purchasing, and call or message us to check availability. If there is a delay with your order, we will let you know.
The Freight Company will call ahead and schedule a delivery time to suit your needs. Please make sure and provide your phone number and email when checking out. This shipping service covers curb-side delivery only. The driver is not responsible for moving or setting up items.
Large Items:
You will be notified if your item had to be shipped "Large Item".
The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time to suit your needs. Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered. If you are not present at the scheduled delivery appointment, you may be subject to a "Re-delivery Fee," which must be paid before the second delivery is made. Please make sure and provide your phone number and email when checking out.
Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery.
Small Items:

- If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our actual outbound shipping charges
- A 10% restocking fee will also be applied
- Design With Us Furniture Outlet must authorize all returns
All items must be returned in original packaging in new and un-used condition. Merchandise without original packaging will be refused and no refund given.
Buyer pays return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damage:
Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect all items. If the item is damaged, please refuse to accept it and write "refuse for damage" on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so results in no exchange / return or refund. By accepting the shipment without noting damages, you indicate you have received all items in good condition.
Please inform us immediately that you have refused the shipment, so that we can prepare to ship you a new replacement order.
A refund will be given if we are unable to replace the items.
