When "Local Pickup" service is available in postage and
payments
section, it means the item is available for pickup. To avoid disappointment,
please contact us before you pickup. It is
recommended to call mobile number or email us to ensure direct dealing
with management. We only accept payment at the store.
You can pay by cash, Eftpos, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
There is no handling fees, no postage fees and no payment surcharges.
eParcel Service
Most flat-rate orders, marked "Regular with Tracking and Signature" in Postage and Handling, are dispatched
through Australia Post eParcel. Buyer should expect to receive your
order in 1-6 business days. When you're not at home, a card will be left
in mailbox advising to pickup at a local Australia Post outlet.
We do not aim to profit from freight. Rather, we aim to source the most competitively priced,
quality assured carriers, that will deliver your orders to you as reliably and cost effectively
as possible.
Australia Air Express Overnight Service - FREE UPGRADE
This service will be provided as free upgrade to any
order order paid for eParcel and the weight of order less than 5kg. This
service can also only be used for the following type of address: a
work/business address that opens Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, a PO Box
address or a home address with authority to leave without signature. We
will upgrade to any obvious business address and PO box address
automatically, otherwise, please request as in separate email, not in
payment notes, that you want free upgrade to the overnight service.

A fail safe delivery and comes with free insurance coverage

Australia Post Regular post - the same as registered post but without

Combined Post - Australia Wide
Flat Rate, With Same Item - Postage cost is calculated as an
average cost of the item to get to anywhere in Australia.
Each additional item postage costfor the same item is provided.
Flat Rate, With Other Item - Each product has
its
weight profile which value is used in a combined
order. Therefore, in multiple item ordered, the highest postage will be charged,
then other item will be charged based on its weight profile. To simplify,
the additional item postage cost for each item is the weight
profile charge rate. For example: a buyer bought

flat rate items with
main charges and it's additional charges as followed: $3+$0, $12.5+$2.50,
$8.50+$2.50, therefore total postage charge will be: $12.50+$0+$2.50=$15.00.
Calculated with Flat Rate - Combined postage
for calculated postage item(s) will be the primary postage cost with
the added cost for each additional flat postage which is based on
its weight profile.
international
International postage cost has been calculated on eBay with Australia Post
shipping calculator automatically with the actual weight input. Buyer will
experience significant saving in postage by buying additional similar or other
item. For lower value item, insurance is optional, while for most of them
insurance is compulsory and included in all postage options.
Custom Duty: International Buyer will be responsible
for any customs/duty fees associated with the purchase of your order.
Local customs office in your area would be able to advise you of the
amount of these fees.
