From the leisure battery you can connect any 12 volt appliance and/or 12 volt light ideal for powering sheds,stables etc...

If you read anyone saying there solar panel will power household appliances there wrong as they can't.

A solar panel powers a leisure/car/lorry battery then from there you have a power inverter (Pure sine the Best) of which the inverter has a 3 pin (240volt) out put just like the mains in your house, that then in turn can power most house hold appliances

However, any solar panel over 15 watts it is ideal to use a regulator box.

Your solar panel runs in to a regulator box then you run cables from the regulator box to a battery, battery to power inverter. Simple.

This is a must as the regulator box prevents over charging of your battery
