  Size

There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition. So don't rely on the size you usually have and only choose the size base on a proper measurement. - With your arms at your side, place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
- Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your bust measurement.

  Waist

 - While standing, wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline.
 - Keep the tape comfortably loose.
 - The length indicated on the tape measure is your waist measurement.
 
   Hips 

 - While standing with your feet together, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and your knees. This is approximately 8 inches below your waist.
 -  Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor.
 - The length indicated on the tape measure is your hip measurement.

 Return/Exchange 

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective dresses for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective dresses, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made dresses. You will receive a message about store credit for the purchase price.

Dresses must be in new condition with tag and unworn except for try on purpose. When we receive your package we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.

A claim must be made via email within 48 hours of receiving the item and returned within 5 days (as post date). Then we will send you a form that help us handle your return or exchange. Any purchase more than 2 weeks is strictly not exchangeable or refundable. 

  Refund will be given if you are not happy with the dress, two ways shipping cost is buyers responsibility. For free shipping items, buyers are responsible for 2 ways postage, postage will be deduct from total payment.
