Can I send in just the motherboard itself?

  • We do not recommend customer send in just the motherboard itself due to so many inexperienced users cause unnecessary damage to the board while removing it from the laptop or during the installation . Please send in the whole laptop with all the components INCLUDES ALL THE SCREWS. You can keep the hard drive.
  • However if you insist on sending only the board, please read the following terms before you ship it
    • Please ship all necessary components for testing , such as power jack cable, power switch board/ribbon cable, CPUs
    • We will only repair and test the problem your specified, any additional problem is not covered by warranty
    • The warranty for the motherboard is 30 days
    • Should you have any problems after installation of repaired motherboard, we require you to send in the whole laptop include all components for warranty service and return shipping is not covered by warranty

Do I need to send in my hard drive with my laptop?

  • You do not need to send in your hard drive. However if you do please backup your data/information before you ship the laptop

Other company has tried unsuccessfully to repair my laptop, can you still fix it?

  • There are too many unqualified technicians out there. They usually misdiagnosis the problem and perform unnecessary or improper repairs that cause irreversible damage. Please contact us before you send laptop in

Do I need to ship the AC adapter or battery?

  • If laptop's problem is power related , such as no power or not charging battery, please ship the AC adapter and battery with the computer

Can I get your service if I am currently live outside the Unite States?

  • Sorry, currently we only service customer in the lower 48 states of the Unite States

I have a computer business or I am a technician myself, do I get discount?

  • Yes we welcome any new business partners and please contact us directly for discount information

I want to drop off my computer to your store, what is procedure for that?

  • Our stores open Monday to Saturday 10:00AM - 6:00PM. You can come in any time and no appointment is needed

    1. Please back up your data, such as pictures, music , documents , etc if possible
    2. Please PRINT your name, address , phone numbers and Paypal email address and put the note INSIDE THE PACKAGE
    3. Please include a brief description of note INSIDE the package
    4. Please provide us with any password, Windows password, BIOS password if possible
    5. If you bought the eBay auction, please include your eBay item number and your eBay ID with your contact information
    6. You do not need to give us your tracking number when you ship the package to us . We can not track the package for you. Please contact your carrier for updated status. We will update you on the repair and shipping status AFTER we received your package
    7. Package your laptop carefully. Please use bubble wrap and proper sized box and make sure you have at lease 2" padding for all sides of the shipping box. You can go to your local shipping outlet (UPS or Fedex) to get help if you are not sure how to package your laptop . They have all the necessary shipping material available. Their staff can help you package the laptop properly.

Service Terms and Conditions

Warranty

  • 90 days (from the date of the invoice) parts and labor warranty for our service
  • Warranty covers ORIGINAL HARDWARE PROBLEM ONLY, any issue that was not originally specified by customer is not covered by warranty
  • 30 days warranty should customer choose to send only the motherboard
  • Warranty void should our warranty sticker is broken or has been tempered with
  • Physical damage voids all warranty
  • Any damage caused by abuse , such as liquid damage voids all warranty
  • We will repair the original problem or issue refund at our discretion during warranty period. The warranty will be extended for 30 day or covered by the original 90 day warranty whichever is longer
  • Warranty service claim must be made before warranty period ends
  • It is customer' s responsibility to return the laptop for warranty service. We will be responsible for ship the repaired laptop back to customer

  • We accept credit card or eCheck payment via Paypal only for customers who ship the laptop to us
