We strive to ship all items as soon as possible. Typical orders are shipped using Canada Post Expediated Parcel. However for bigger items, we reserve the option to source Purolator/UPS or Ground Transport to find the best possible cost. Please ask prior to bidding if you need a specific shipping company. 

We combine items into one package whenever possible. However given the physical nature of some items we sell and their size, combining items may not always be possible. Please contact us to see if we are able to combine shipping on the items you wish to purchase. When a savings is possible by combining items, we are pleased to pass along this savings to you.  Often, the savings aren't known until all items have been packed up.  In this case, payment in full is required first, and then once items are packed up, we would refund any excess shipping charges to you.

Unfortunately, delays caused by international shipping or customs are out of our control.
Typically, items mailed within Canada, arrive 2-14 business days after mailing (depending of course on your location and if you're in a major centre or not - i.e. items mailed to Ontario will arrive sooner than items mailed to British Columbia, as we are mailing from Nova Scotia)
Typically, items mailed to the USA, arrive 5-21 business days after mailing (depending of course on your location and if you're in a major centre or not - i.e. items mailed to New York or Florida will arrive sooner than items mailed to Texas, California, Alaska or Hawaii, as we are mailing from Nova Scotia)
Typically, items mailed internationally (i.e. outside of Canada/USA), arrive 2-3 weeks after mailing if sent by air post or 6-8 weeks after mailing if sent by surface post.  Please inquire prior to purchasing if you're concerned about the length of time to get your item (we can't give a guaranteed date, unless you choose to have your item mailed by Priority Courier or XpressPost - at an additional cost - but based on experience, we can give you a rough estimate on how long it will take - not all methods sent internationally include tracking - if you wish to have tracking added to your package, at an additional cost, we can certainly look into this for you).
Please note that during heavier volume times (i.e. Christmas), that packages may take longer to arrive than normal, based on the # of packages in the postal system.  We ask for your patience during these busier times and suggest purchasing early if you need to have your item by a guaranteed time.

All orders shipped to Canadian addresses will be charged GST or HST. 
We charge HST to all provinces that collect HST. For other provinces, we charge GST only.

There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Canada.

For our US and International customers, please note that your order may also be subject to custom duties, brokerage or import charges.  These are your responsibility as a buyer.  If you are not in Canada, please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding.

We do not mark items as gifts or undervalue items on government forms. 
Customs forms will reflect the true nature of the goods purchased and at the value sold. 


Warranty -

Unless otherwise stated in our listing, all our items are new. 

Being new, many of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty varies depending on the item and will be listed in our description. Should you have a problem with an item, we will be pleased to assist you in the warranty process.  Often times, any warranty claims will be done through the manufacturer, not through ourselves, but we can assist where needed.

Returns

You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price with tax (if any was charged). We do not refund shipping charges or any additional duty or import charge your package may have been subject to.
Buyer must pay return shipping costs, even if it was a free shipping item.  
Once the item has arrived to our location, it will be inspected and a proper refund will be given. Note that restocking charges may apply if the item is returned damaged, with opened packaging, or is missing parts.
