We accept PayPal as forms of payment. We reserve the right to wait for the full payment to clear before your items are dispatched.

Items will be sent within 24 Hours on receiving cleared & confirmed payments.

We post out every day Monday to Friday.

Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service, most UK orders are received by our customers within 3 working days but please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times.

Orders not received will not be deemed “missing” by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed (20 working days for European destinations and 25 working days for the rest of the world). We will therefore be unable to re-send or refund until after this period, and a claim has been made on Royal Mail. We always obtain Proof of postage and will gladly send one to you if your item gets lost or damaged in the post so you can make a claim to royal mail.

For a secure and fast delivery you can choose recorded delivery service when making your payment.

Our posting costs include costs of packaging and stationary.

Under The Distance Selling Regulations (for sales on the internet or mail order) you have the right to cancel any order you make within 7 days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund. Only unused and in its original packaging items will qualify, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the merchandise. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your item(s). The cost of the product only will be refunded. (Glamour Empire does not refund postal charges). Postage costs will only be refunded if the merchandise received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used and original packaging is returned. Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting, as items damaged during return may only receive a part refund.
