  • We offer a 7day return policy from when you receive the item for a full credit less the amount it cost us to ship the item to you. We only accept return on new watches so please make sure you will be keeping it before removing the plastics and using the watch. As long as the band has not been re-sized and there are no scratches we will be more than happy to refund / exchange your watch. Please email us if you need special arrangents on returns if this is for a gift.

  • Please check out your watch as soon as you receive it for defects. we can not take responsibility if something is defective after the watch has been used. We will glady arrange for the return of the defective watch and exchange it or refund you.
