In most cases we aim for same working day dispatch if payment is received all items are shipped directly from our UK warehouse. Shipping and Handling charges stated are to any Mainland UK address and include a proportional at cost amount for packing costs

How do we deliver your items?
Orders received before 1.00 pm on working days will normally be dispatched that same day.See individual listings for pricing details.
Standard Service: Your item will be dispatched using the most economical method and will normally take 3-5 days to arrive.
Next Working Day: Your item will be sent by 24hr courier and will normally be delivered next working day at any time up until 8pm.
UK Offshore: Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are available on a 48hr service. See individual listings for details.
International: We deliver to many countries, please contact us for full details. (Please note international delivery is not available for some items)
Please note that the term "working days" means Monday to Friday and excludes public and bank holidays. So for example, if you order on a Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday

Faulty Goods:
All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing.  Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be retuned to us within 7 days of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Delivered:
If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt.  The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition.  You must return the goods at your own cost.  If you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
