All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next working day excluding bank holidays and public holidays subject to stock availability. Please note UK delivery timescale is normally Next Working Day however Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 7 working days to deliver parcels sent via First Class Mail so please wait 7 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us. We provide free shipping on all orders within the UK by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. International customers must be fully aware of their country customs policies when making purchases from overseas. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Please Note Maniland Europe Delivery timescale is normally 5-10 working days however sometimes it could take longer than usual. So we request you to please wait at least 14 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us. Worldwide delivery timescale is normally 10-14 working days.
