ITEM CONDITION
These are used, pre-owned, recycled boots in as-is condition. They are not in new, unused condition and should not be expected to be in like-new condition. We may not mention every imperfection, as our photos tell the tale - especially when you click on the photos to enlarge them. Some of our boots could use a good cleaning or polishing. We do not accept returns because there was an imperfection - color variation, scuffs, etc - which could reasonably be assumed to exist in used, pre-0wned, recycled boots.

Payment is expected within three days of the end of the auction. We accept Paypal only.
If circumstances beyond your control prevent you from paying within 3 days, let us know, and we'll work something out.
We ship within one business days after receiving payment, via USPS mail. We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Insurance is strongly suggested but not required.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBERS to enable us to fill out customs forms on-line.
We will not indicate a lesser value, or label an item a gift, when filling out customs forms, as this is illegal. Please - don't even ask .
You may return the item at your expense after contacting us first. You must pay for the return shipping; include the original invoice in the returned package; return the item in its original packaging; and email us a tracking number. If any of these conditions are not met, we will not issue a refund.
We will refund your purchase price, but not your shipping costs either way. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
We issue refunds within ten business days.
