SIGNED FOR AND TRACKED MAIL : This costs extra. Please select the post option for International Signed For or Special Delivery. Provided free of charge on items over £60, not including p&p.
CUSTOMS FORMS : Always filled out as "Other" and at the correct value. I do not put incorrect details on these forms.
DESPATCH : Normally next day, unless the listing shows I am on holiday or it is the peak Christmas period. Holiday information is also always shown in my Ebay shop, and on the Purchase Confirmation ,and Payment Received notifications I send.
PACKING : I use professional materials and offer high quality packing for the best protection of your item. My p&p costs reflect what it costs me, and do not provide a profit to my company.
Most items are sent in postal boxes or double wall cartons, well padded with bubble wrap.
Books and documents are wrapped in acid free tissue, and surrounded by thick card and tough brown paper
WARRANTY : No quibble policy on faulty items. I do not ship an item seen to be faulty, and will contact you about the best solution.
DESCRIPTIONS : Will include details of any known fault
LOST POST : An item is classed as lost after 15 working days for the UK, and 20 working days for international. This is Royal Mail policy. Should an item not arrive I will refund/replace and handle all claims for compensation.
POST DAMAGE : If an item arrives damaged please tell me. Do not throw away the packaging since I might need it returned to me to make a claim.
