Warranty
-We offer 30-day warranty for our item. We provide warranty on the products only for non-artificial damages. Buyer should bear the shipping cost for returning the need-of-repair item to us. We do not cover damages due to human abuse, improper usage, alteration to the product, or negligence.

Return & Refund Policy
-Refund will be given ONLY if the item is Defective on Arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced by us.
-For an item deemed to be DOA, buyers must report to us with 3 days and return the item to us within 7 days since the receipt of the item.
-Returned items must be in original condition. NO REFUND nor EXCHANGE will be made if the item is found to be damaged or sabotaged artificially.
-If the returned item is found to work properly, the DOA claim will be invalid and it will be treated as improper installation, purchase by mistake or incompatible issues caused by factors other than our item itself. A 30% RE-STOCKING fee will be charged for this case.
