Overseas postage and packaging rates are £2.50, plus 50p for each additional item. Our orders are picked, packed (with love and care) and dispatched by the Royal Mail super quick so you don't have to wait too long (check our feedback if you don't believe us).

In the unlikely event you do not love your item or items, SockShop offer a no quibble, full refund on all unworn items, returned with packaging.

Please fill in the returns or exchange section on the back of your invoice, enclosed within your parcel. Pack your item(s), along with the paperwork and post them back to us. Please be aware that although most of our items are returnable, we are unable to accept underwear or hosiery unless they are returned unworn and fully packaged.

For UK orders

Simply return the item(s) using the UK freepost returns address label supplied on the front of your invoice.

For overseas orders

The UK freepost label cannot be used and you must pay for the postage and return your item(s) to:

However, if there has been an error on our part or the item returned is faulty, your postage will be refunded.
