Payment is to made within 7 days from the date of your purchase. If payment is not received during this period, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and where appropriate issue a payment not received dispute via eBay.

We can only despatch orders to the delivery address stated in the paypal payment. If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, providing the item is in a re-saleable condition. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

If, by chance, you receive a damaged or faulty item we will replace or refund. You are required to contact us first for further assistance and we may require photo evidence of the damage or fault. If we decide that a damaged or faulty item needs to be returned to us we will provide you with a freepost returns label, (we will advise you of this beforehand). If the item develops a fault, or is faulty and is reported to us, after 30 days then we are not responsible for any return posting costs if required. NOTE: If a refund is required then we require you to use the eBay resolution centre to process the return and refund. 99% of items are sent tracked delivery and customers will be notified of the tracking number for their reference once the order has been despatched. If an order is returned to us (Return To Sender) for reasons beyond our control we will notify the customer to arrange despatch for the second time and we reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of re-sending.
