RETURNS:

It is important to review size chart measurements - generic/standard sizing does not apply to garments we sell. Returns are Accepted. Seller must be notified of item being returned within 3 days of receipt and to issue a return authorization number and address. No return will be accepted without an RTA number and must be received back within 14 business days of receiptor refund will be null and void. If item is defective or a misship occured, Seller will pay return shipping fees and issue a Replacement upon receipt of returned item. If item is returned for any other reason, Buyer will be responsible for cost of return shipping with delivery confirmation or tracking number. Purchase price only will be refunded and a fee of 15% of purchase price will be deducted for distributor restocking fee. Refunds will be issued back to Buyers Paypal account upon receipt of return.

All purchases are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. All items are not locally stocked and could be housed and shipped from a distributor warehouse. Auctions won ship within 5 business days following approval of your payment.

Apparel galaxy does their best to have stock available at all times, but there are times that inventory may be out at the time of your purchase and may be discontinued or backordered upon re-ordering. In this case you will be notified and money promptly refunded. If delivery time or stock availability is a concern please contact us before purchase. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method. International orders and items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands require longer delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping averages 10 to 15 days but could take up to 25 days or longer depending on destination. Canadian shipments on average take 20 days or longer.
