Product Condition : Unless otherwise stated, all products are pre-owned and have been professionally inspected, cleaned and tested. Units may show minor cosmetic issues that do no affect the performance of the unit and are purely cosmetic. Normal wear and tear marks could contain but and not limited to the following: some scratching, some minor cosmetic case cracking, wear and keyboard and mouse areas, sticker or sticker residue on case.

Warranty & Support : 30 day warranty from auction close or sale date will be given unless otherwise noted. Warranty is for exchange ONLY, a refund will only be given if the item is out of stock during the event of an exchange. Please contact us for an RMA, as all returns without RMA will not be processed. If we do not have the necessary equipment or means to test a specific item then it will be sold "AS-IS" which means it will carry no warranty and does not have any possibility of return for any reason. Merrimak does not offer technical support for any items, software or hardware. Buyer is responsible for proper setup and software/driver installation where necessary. Batteries are not covered under warranty.

Batteries : The nature of batteries is volatile, specifically used batteries. Merrimak makes no guarantee on the life of batteries unless otherwise specified in a listing. Batteries are consumable devices and refunds will never be given in the event of battery malfunction or decreased life from previous usage.

Sales Policy : Buyers are required to provide full payment within 5 days after auction close. Late payments may result in order cancellation and / or negative feedback and unpaid item dispute with eBay.  Residents of California will be required to pay sales tax.

Payment : We accept and prefer PayPal for all eBay sales.  We can also take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards over the telephone when shipping to the billing address on the card only, no exceptions. (415) 475-4116 hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Pacific (PST).

Shipping & Tracking : We exclusively use UPS to ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii will require additional air shipment charge, please contact us for a quote.  We do NOT ship to PO, FPO or APO boxes or international. All items are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise stated. Orders of $100 or more will ship with signature required unless requested otherwise at time of purchase prior to shipment.  Combined is only available if listed. Larger items may be shipped via freight on a pallet.  Tracking information will be provided through PayPal directly for all payments made through PayPal.  All credit card payments will have a manual email generated through the eBay system.  Shipment time is usually 1-3 business days excluding major holidays, tracking info will be provided after the item ships.

Feedback : Merrimak will automatically leave positive feedback after the buyer has reciprocated in kind. Please contact us prior to posting negative feedback - we would like the chance to correct any problems that may have occurred.  Please note that your bid is a legal binding contract, please only bid if you plan to complete the transaction.  All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback will be applied to your account.
