PAYMENT
- Payment must be received within 5 working days of the auction end.
- Non Paying buyers will be reported to eBay after this period.
- The final price is the auction price, plus shipping & handling fees stated

SHIPPING
- Shipping & handling fee on all items sold includes postage cost, packing, administration and Handling charges.
- Goods can be delivered either to most business or home addresses with a valid postcode.
- Please note that there may be a handling time of approximately 3 business days after payment for your goods to be shipped out due to the quantity of shipments that are invoiced daily.
PURCHASE TERMS
- When the auction ends we will send an invoice of the final amount in due course and payment methods.

- We will not be responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses stated in your eBay details.
- We don't offer/allow pick ups at our location.
- In the unlikely event you have problems with your item following delivery, just drop us a mail and we'll sort it out.
RETURNS/FAULTY GOODS
- Any returns must be agreed and authorized by us in writing before they can be accepted.
- We provide a 7 day warranty on most items that are stated as working condition in the description, Items stated as not working/not tested or condition unknown is not covered.
- All faults or not as described items must be reported within the 7 days of receiving goods.
- If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, we will supply a replacement product upon return, arrange for a repair upon return or give you a refund of the purchase price.
- In all cases, our delivery note or other proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Upon receipt of the product we will examine it or we may have to return it to the Manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 7 days of receipt.
- Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the goods back to us; goods sent back without an RMA will be rejected and not accepted.
- If goods are found to not be faulty a service charge will apply.
- We do not refund postage cost under any circumstances.
- Return postage is at the cost to the buyer (NO Exceptions).
