We currently accept PayPal, card payments, postal orders and bank transfer/deposit payments for our UK customers.
If you'd like to pay by card then please choose PayPal as the payment option during checkout, and there is an option for those without an account to input their card details.
For international customers we accept PayPal, card payments or bank transfers (for orders over £30 only). We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or postal orders.
We will only ship the item once payment has cleared.
We also offer special delivery. If your payment clears before 12pm on a working day it will be despatched on the same day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed but the majority of our customers who order next day delivery on a Friday do receive it on the Saturday.
For international customers, we currently offer Priority Airmail. Royal Mail does not offer us an international tracking service, but for peace of mind we also offer an international signed for service which has full tracking in over 30 countries and requires a signature upon delivery. If you would like this, please contact us so we can send you a new invoice.
We may send your package by another courier depending on quantity of items purchased.
All items are despatched on the same day or within 24 business hours. We are closed on weekends and public holidays as the postal service does not operate on these days.
If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local sorting office where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given minus the postage costs.
However, if you would like to return an item that is unworn, untampered with and in a resalable condition we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange within 28 days of receipt.
All returns must be authorised by a member of our customer service team. Items returned without a unique authorisation code may be delayed or rejected.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You pay to send the shoes back to us, but if you want an exchange we'll pay to send the exchange to you (UK customers only).
