• Payment need to be settled within 5 days after you place an order
• Free Shipping & Handling fee and you pay No Sales Tax
• Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted for damages,
  shortages or packing errors unless unless  you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
• We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
  • Item does not fit as expected (too small/too big)  
  • Do not like overall look of item (design/material/etc)      
  • Damaged or defective item without picture proof
• We ACCEPT returns for the following reasons:                    
  • Different item model/color/size from the one purchased is received.
  • Item is damaged/defective (proof of the damaged or defective item picture is required).
• Use your own carrier and send it back the addressee of sender, you have to afford the shipping fee of return.
• If you are not satisfied with items you ordered and want to exchange, you have pay for your own method for shipping.
   No more free shipping for exchanges.
• In order to process your refund/resend we request that you will have to upload  picture(s) as proof.

• We ship our items from USA
• Domestic Shipping: For US buyers, we provide First Class Package® (2-5 days) via USPS, tracking number
  will be provided in 1-2 business day of process time.
• International Shipping: For other buyers from out of USA.  Shipping method: First-Class Package International,
  tracking number will be provided.
• Please be sure provide a valid shipping address during checkout. If you want to change the shipping address
  you already provided, or you need any special shipping requests (expedited shipping/ add shipping insurance/ gift packaging),
  please contact us as soon as possible. We will not bear any responsibility for any item damage, lost or stolen
  if buyer didn’t pay for the shipping insurance.

How long does it take from USA to your country?

• Approx. 15-20 days to Asia    
• Approx. 12-15 days to Oceana
• Approx. 10-15 days to North America
• Approx. 20-25 days to Europe
• PS: Parcels always get delayed at Brazilian custom.
• Overseas orders are shipped approximately 1-3 working days after we have received your payment
  (holidays and weekends excludes)

How to track your item?

• You can start tracking your item at http://www.usps.com/
• For International shipping tracking: tracking might be available the website of your own country post office with tracking number.
• We provided tracking number after we shipped out your order.
                            

Caution

• By placing an order from Blulerry, you agree to the shop policies. 
• We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt,
  simply REFUSE the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package(s) is damaged,
  immediately contact us via ebay. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package. We will not bear any
  responsibility for any item damage, lost or stolen if buyer didn’t pay for the shipping insurance.
