Items are typically shipped within 24-48 hours after payment, Monday - Friday. Holiday weekends will cause a slight delay. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We ship first class mail, priority mail, or parcel post through the USPS. The only free service we offer in addition to mailing cost is delivery confirmation for orders over $6. Orders under $6 do not receive delivery confirmation. It can be requested and paid for by the buyer. Any other postal mail services must be requested and paid for by the buyer.In order to continue to offer free shipping, please keep in mind that items are shipped in a bubble envelope only. Boxes may get slightly bend during shipment. Priority Mail items are typically boxed for added protection. Please contact us if you need boxes in perfect condition and we can upgrade your first class order to Priority Mail for an additional fee. If the description above states free Priority Mail shipping, there is no additional fee.
Ebay will generate an estimated delivery date once you pay for your item. Please be advised that these dates are not always accurate. Priority Mail usually takes 3 business days once it is shipped. First Class Mail usually takes 3-7 business days.
If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us and we will make sure your item is not lost or delayed by the post office. In such case that we reship your item for free, we do ask that if/when the missing item does show up you contact us. Also, REJECT the package without opening it and it will come back to us free of charge to you.
If you have not received a confirmation of shipment within three days, please feel free to message us through ebay directly regarding your order. We do from time to time, making listing errors which may cause a delay or cancellation of your order. We try our best to avoid this and will contact you within 24 hrs if this is the case.

Please be advised that customs can delay international orders. Please be patient with your item getting to your destination. Shipments typically take 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday - Friday). Items CAN TAKE up to 6-8 weeks for items to arrive if there is any delay with your package at customs.
Please keep your address short. Shipping labels are limited to 40 spaces per line and ebay will not allow long addresses on labels. If your address is too long, we will email you. If we don't hear from you regarding an address change within 2 days, we will refund your payment and cancel the order.
Please wait at least 14-21 days before sending us an email of "WHERE IS MY ITEM?" There may be a long delay once your item leaves the Los Angeles customs office and when it arrives to you. Do not be alarmed if this delay is 1-3 weeks.
If after 6-8 weeks, you items has not arrived, we will reship the item after we verify with customs that the item has not been delivered to you.
We report all fraudulent international bidders to eBay's trust and safety department for investigation.
