Santa Cruz have released a range of 5 of their most iconic 70s boards to celebrate their 40th year in the skate industry. They have really gone to town on them, keeping them very true to the originals but with improved quality. All five are absolutely superb, guaranteed to get any OG 70s skater drooling.
This one is a re-issue of the Proflex Cutaway board originally released in 1976. It is just like the original in size, shape and specs. The deck is constructed in a similar way to the famous G&S Fribreflex boards that were so popular in the good ols days. ;-)
Deck Construction- it isn't just a plank of ply like your average board!:
3 ply center North American Maple, with top and bottom multi ply epoxy/glass skins (fiberglass is new and improved using today’s materials)
It is set up with Indy 109 trucks which are period correct and turn really well.
The wheels are the iconic RR4 re-issues by Road Rider. In the
70s they had 3 main wheels out the 2s, 4s and Road Rider 6s (plus the
Henry Hester slalom wheel). The most popular by far being the 4's.
We've had to wait nearly 35 years for them to re-make these and finally
here they are...they don't disapoint.
They are really fast & grippy wheels perfect for general longboard cruising, transporting and old skool boards.
They are exactly like the originals in shape, size, colour and the cast
in logos but are much better performing than the old ones. The
compound is softer, faster & smoother rolling but the bearing seat
is now tough nylon so your bearings will run true and they look perfect set-up on this re-issue deck.
This set up is as good as the best transport/slalom boards available in the 70s for you to ride today...or just look at, it is a thing of beauty.

Overseas Shipping:
If there is no postage option for your country please do not guess a postage amount. Wait and we will send through an invoice with the correct postage rate…then you can complete the payment.
Dispatch:
We dispatch Monday to Friday (Saturday on request) except bank holidays.
We ship as fast as we can, usually within one working day but often the same day.
Courier services only deliver on weekdays (Sat. delivery available on request but it's expensive!) so an item sent via 24hour service on Friday wouldn't be delivered until the following Monday.
If you've not recieved your item(s) within 5 working days of dispatch (12 for overseas), LET US KNOW so we can trace it (them).
We are limited by the terms set by the post office/courier services.
Courier Service Pricing:
Courier prices given are for MAINLAND UK ONLY, unless otherwise stated.
Courier services will cost more to: N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, etc.
The Channel Islands are classed as an international destination for courier services.
Please
ask us for a shipping price before ordering if you are from these regions
or at least be aware that postage may be more expensive.

If you have any kind of problem or complaint concerning a transaction please contact us first before leaving feedback.
We will do our best to rectify any issues but if you don’t tell us first we can’t rectify anything.
We are all human so mistakes can happen but a chance to put things right is appreciated.
Is your address correct & complete?:
If you have a wrong or incorrect address registered with ebay items will not reach you!
You will be liable for any postage costs for re-sending to your “correct address”.
This is basic but it happens too often.
Collect your item!:
If a card comes through your door letting you know of an attempted delivery do something about it!
Do not wait for weeks or the items will be returned here and you will have to pay the postage costs to get them resent.
If you don’t receive your item within the expected time please contact us, don’t just wait, as it could be held in a depot close to you. Waiting could result in it being returned which will just increase the delay.
Returns:
Any items purchased from Conflict Skates may be returned, at your own expense, within 30 days of your purchase (please note that returns in relation to Christmas are accepted up until the end of January).
You may return your purchase for either a full refund or a
replacement item. Any returned items MUST BE IN A NEW AND
UN-USED CONDITION and with their original packaging. If
you return an item to us that has been used it will be send back to
you at your cost!
When we receive the item(s) back we will take the appropriate action and either refund your money or send out new goods.
Please contact us for a returns address for faulty items. If you return an item to us that we deem not faulty we will send it back to you at your cost!
