All orders are shipped via UPS – Ground for domestic shipments and US Postal Service - Priority for  international shipments.  For our international customers – please be aware that you may incur taxes, duties, and fees related to the import of our product into your country.  These fees are paid by you, the winning bidder.  We write the actual winning amount on the invoice that accompanies your instrument.  This amount is non-negotiable and is a part of our export policy and procedures. 

We accept returns within seven (7) days after receipt of the instrument.  The instrument must be in its original condition as received and have not been used.  Buyer pays for all freight charges back to us. 

We charge a state sales tax of 9% for sales transactions within the State of California.
